Welcome To Our Club
As president of the Reading Rifle & Revolver Club I want to welcome you to our Club web site. The club was founded in 1929, became incorporated in 1935 and currently enjoys a membership of approximately 1500 and is located on more than 50 acres of land in Reading, MA. Our facility includes an indoor ranges for pistols and 22 rifles.
The indoor shooting facility is comprised of 12 shooting positions. Mechanical target carriers allow shooter to set targets at ranges from 21 to 50 feet. The backstop allows the use of handgun ammunition up to .45 caliber ( No Magnums). The Range uses a heating and ventilation system that meets OSHA and NIOSHI standards for lead particle removal and clean air standards.
The club enjoys three separate covered outdoor 20 position Rifle / Pistol ranges as well as a skeet field, 5-stand field, trap field, archery field with a high power range with 200, 300, 500, and 600 yard rifle Shooting Points.
